DECOMPRESSION THERAPY - TRACTION
Decompression therapy is a gentle, non-invasive technique we use at our clinic to relieve pressure on the spine, joints, and nerves. It works by slowly and safely stretching targeted areas of the body—such as the neck (cervical traction) or lower body (ankle/lumbar traction)—to reduce compression, increase space between joints, and encourage natural healing. This therapy is especially helpful for patients suffering from herniated discs, sciatica, pinched nerves, spinal stiffness, or postural tension. By decompressing the spine or joints, we help improve mobility, reduce pain, and allow oxygen and nutrients to flow more freely to damaged tissues. Many patients find decompression therapy deeply relaxing, and it’s often combined with other treatments for faster, longer-lasting relief.
